cape manager on a board without EEPROM

Hi!

I try to run Cape Manager on a board without EEPROM and dmesg prints the following:

[    3.811340] bone_capemgr bone_capemgr: Cannot read cell (ret=-110)           
[    3.817648] bone_capemgr bone_capemgr: Failed to scan baseboard eeprom       
[    3.824389] bone_capemgr: probe of bone_capemgr failed with error -110   

uname -a:

Linux arm 4.4.62-ti-r99 #13 SMP Mon Jul 17 12:23:59 MSK 2017 armv7l GNU/Linux
