missing FTDI_Ser driver?

Just opened my BeagleBone Black and started installing the drivers for Os-X. The network driver installed fine, but when trying to install the FTDI_Ser.dmg i got an error message saying that there was no software to install. New to this. Any ideas?

Only the BeagleBone (white) had a built-in FDTI usb-serial convertor..

So you can ignore the FTDI_Ser.dmg
