BBB Ethernet Stop working

hi , i use Beagle Bone Black , and I use it as a local server ,But On inappropriate time periods (3 weeks or 2 month or ..) , Ethernet is disabled and when i unplug the LAN cable  both lights (green and orange) be SOLID On and it's not works .The  software  restart , does not solve this problem But By pressing the restart button on The BBB board this problem is resolved ( Because the Ethernet chip needs to be off at least to 500 milliseconds ). I have a few solutions i want to test , But This bug is rare and rarely occurs.

- Does anyone know,  In what situation this bug occurs  ????

I will publish in this topic , if i find the right result and auto solutions.
