Hi,
i am new to beagleboneblack. i have bootable SD card using TI's binaries. could someone can guide me how to flash the same image on eMMC?

Swapping your motor leads might be the easiest. However, if you are not
using the BeagleMIP kit, you will probably have to do some more tuning,

R30 is a bit field of GPIO outputs. Try "__R30 ^= 0xffff" to toglle all 16
PRU outputs.
