My BBB is power down

I bought three BBB 2 month ago.

But two device is problem.

My BBB didn't power up.

BBB used 5v DC power smartphone chager and another BBB used computer usb port.

Nothing connected sensors, Nothing run programs.

The problem had occurred during system standby.

How can I turn on the power?
