How to use peripherals of beagle bone board using processer SDK in linux

Hi,

I need to use the beagle bone black board in Linux Ubuntu distribution... i will install the processor SDK  for Linux , after that i will boot up the board from latest Debian image... i need to access the peripherals of beagle bone black board...how to go for further any other extra compilers and anything is needed...

please help me to solve this...suggest any guide or related link for this..
