Beaglebone black - SPI initialization procedure

Hi All,

I'm writing my own device driver in order to use the Beaglebone Black with BMP280 Sensor under SPI protocol. I would like to know if anyone has a summary of needed steps for SPI initialization. Manual is really big and it's not very clear about which registers I must to touch.
