ERROR with emulating u-boot on QEMU

Aloha experts,
I was trying to emulate u-boot on qemu on Ubuntu 14.04 for some debugging purpose, but ended with an issue...

I used ti-u-boot and used following commands to build it:

i am sure about the problem, can anyone please help??
