BBGW and Node Red: No BB palate/ can’t access analog pins

Hello all. I’m running the latest version of Debian per the BB wiki and I’m attempting to connect to analog pins via node red to no avail. After several days of reading I cannot find any BB specific help with Node Red that’s recent. Everything I’ve read suggests using the BB palate which is no longer supported and I can’t get the palate to load anyway. Any help is greatly appreciated.
