problem in enabling connection

Hi

I have been working on bbb since last many days.

I am using it on putty.

But after plugging...in default page i am not able to get active connections.This problem is not always there.It occurs sometimes and when i restart again n again it gets fine.Sometimes it gets fine in 2 min ..and at times even whole day.Is there some solution to fix it?
