BegleBone black both oscillators not running after power on

Two boards of BeagleBone black revision C (1GHz AM3359 one from ebest and one original) not responding any more after some unsucceseful attemps to format eMMC.

It looks like PORz sequense not goes on. Both oscillators stopped and NRESET_INOUT is low. PORZn is high.

All power is ok VDD_MPU and VDD_CORE 1.1V.

Older revisions BBB works OK.

Can any one help me ?
