BBAI Unable to boot from EMMC while inserting a blank SD card

I need to put the program on the eMMC and use an SD card to store the data. But when I insert an empty SD card, the board card cannot boot the system from eMMC

Resolved. With the R689 resistor removed, I can boot from eMMC when inserting an SD card.

What I’m facing now is when I change something on uboot - on sd or emc the beagle is not booting -the board is not booting - the power led is on but all the rest is off - and there is nothing on hdmi or serial console .

I have to restore the flash or undo the changes on sdcard.

For instance I update the kernel and after a reboot the leds is all off.
