Error updating to LTS44 4.4.9-ti-r26

I got the below error as I was updating to LTS44 4.4.9-ti-r26. I'm posting just in case someone has seen this and knows how to fix it.

Already up-to-date.

Looks like dkms is tripping on it..

cat /etc/kernel/prerm.d/dkms | pastebinit

And what does

dpkg --list | grep dkms

Show..
