DDR ram issue

Hello all,
I am able to run my MLO but unable to run the u-boot.image. MLO is able to load the u-boot image from SD card. Able to read the DDR contents.
But when code jumps to DDR ram address 0x80800000 then nothing happens. Keep on resetting.
Please help me to analyze issue.
