OTG Cable with USB0

if I use a USB OTG cable with Power such that USB0 becomes host.  Will the Beagle Pocket still be able to receive power?  

From the cable diagram I've seen Vcc pin from the Host will be connected to the power USB plug as well as the power for the Client.  Data + and Data - will go from Host to Client..

Sense and Ground will be shorted on the Host.

Do I need to still supply power via one of the header pins to the Beagle Pocket with this setup?  Picture is the OTG cable I'm thinking of using.
