facing problem in installing usb drivers for beagle board xm

sir,
     I loaded (Angstrom-TI-GNOME-image-eglibc-ipk-v2012.01-core-beagleboard-2012.01.11) image into 4 gb sd card. I connected beagle board xm through usb and also supply 5v power supply. i am facing problem in installing usb drivers for beagle board xm (BONE_D64.exe) in my laptop .

   i am using windows 10 . please help me
