I would like to know what file controls the USB drive that Beaglebone Black provides when connected to a PC via USB.
I  tried to find some of the files/names from the drive within the Debian image file and on the beaglebone but no luck identifying what directories are used. I did find where the IP's are being set for the USB connection but nothing about the mnt points when a USB connection is made.

Is the USB drive area a physical partition? When opening the image file I would of assumed this would be visible there - so I don't think this is the case.

I'm stumped - appreciate anyone's input here.

It's a raw *.img file, if you want to use a difference image or a raw partition:

look at the "usb_image_file" variable in:

/opt/scripts/boot/am335x_evm.sh
