BeagleBone Black Obsolete Micro SD Connector

The BOM for the BeagleBone Black calls out SCHA5B0200 from Alps Electronics for the micro SD connector. This part number was discontinued in September 2016 with a last time buy in March 2017. This part has a unique pin layout, and I have not been able to find a compatible replacement.
Does anyone have any information about a replacement connector or a redesign to support a new connector? Any information would be appreciated.
