Driver for SLB 9670VQ2.0 based TPM

Hi All

I'm tasked with writing a custom device tree overlay for an in-house developed cape for beaglebone black.

The cape has several unrelated peripherals, one of witch is a TPM based on SLB 9670VQ2.0. It's connected via SPI interface.

I've already written a dts draft bun now I'm stuck at finding what to but in the "compatible" property. I don't even know how to check if a driver is available or not.

So if you've worked with this device or have an idea where I can look for more info about it, that would be much appreciated.
