Issues while facing USB Datacard to BBB.

Hi All,

I am trying to connect a USB Data-Card/Modem (Intex dc21.6hwm) to beagle bone black over Linux kernel (Ver: 3.8.11). Unfortunately the Data Card didn't respond/ failed to power-Up upon plug-in. The issue repeated same with several other data cards as well. So far it detected only huawei Data card(E8231s-1) working. What can be the issue with USB Datacards? Any debug points/ suggestions will highly appreciated.
