Iperf performance issue on debian 8.4 or later

Hello,

I had a beagle board bought at 2015 and when I use Beaglebone Image 8.4 or 8.6.

I got iperf TX performance extremely slow:

# Server on Cygwin:

$ ./iperf.exe -s

------------------------------------------------------------

------------------------------------------------------------

When I try the older image  7.9 (https://debian.beagleboard.org/images/bone-debian-7.9-lxde-4gb-armhf-2015-11-12-4gb.img.xz)

The result is good.

Does anyone have idea about this?
