config-pin got replaced by a compiled version, which i personally find
inferior compared to the older shell script one.

I have already worked through the name change where, for example, P1_6 is now P1_06, but other config options such as in, out, hi, and low do not work. Nor does config-pin display the status of the pin.

It got replaced, and it turned out users where using other features
that didn't get re-implemented..

Just run:

sudo rm /usr/bin/config-pin
sudo cp -v /opt/source/bb.org-overlays/tools/beaglebone-universal-io/config-pin
/usr/bin/

There's a local copy under:

/opt/source/bb.org-overlays/tools/beaglebone-universal-io/config-pin

cdsteinkuehler's version doesn't have PocketBeagle support..

Thanks! I was going back to an earlier distro, but I have to compile the driver for the Realtek wifi module, which is a pain.
