need help with Beagelboard X15

We recently purchased BEAGLEBOARDX15 from arrow for our local Customer.

At the time of testing the we came across an error message.

 

Kindly request you to help us direct to the correct team who could help us

 

§  We are trying  to install Bagaleboard-X15 on Window7 32 bit/64bit OS we find the below

devices errors and USB Beagle Board Flash Drive is  not getting  Detected on any WIN 7

Prof 32/64 Bit system. Sr. no. of the systems are (PTI1738PX150762 & PTI1738PX150776)

We recently identified some adjustments to our gadget descriptors to help Windows driver enumeration:

The observation is that some Windows systems choose not to load any additional drivers for a composite device once it sees a function for which it doesn't have a known driver. By moving the CDC network driver to the end, more Windows systems seem to enumerate the drivers properly.

We'll need to apply this fix to X15 boot and push out a new image.
