How do I solve an Energy+.ini file missing error?

Running ePlus80-schedule example file causes this error.

 How can I solve it?

The energy plus version used 8.9 and the properties were modified as follows.

<entry key="ENERGYPLUS_BIN">C:\EnergyPlusV8-9-0</entry>

Then, when I ran the example file, an error occurred
