I need the attributed lives since last 3 calendar years, how do apply the filter while making the API call. Can we rely on the _since parameter to get me the accurate result?

Hello!

Thanks for reaching out. BCDA provides claims data for two distinct groups of Medicare enrollees.
  • Patient/$export and Group/all/$export will provide data for the enrollees currently attributed to your model entity
  • Group/runout/$export will provide data for the enrollees attributed to your model entity as of the last day of the previous Performance Year (e.g. December 31st 2025)
BCDA does not offer a historical record of the Medicare beneficiaries previously attributed to your model entity. You may be able to find this type of data in 4i as Beneficiary Alignment Reports or in ACO-MS as Assignment List Reports.

Thanks,
The BCDA Team
