Hello BCDA team,

We have been experiencing some job submissions that return repeated 404s for a handful of ACOs. We have checked the credentials on ACO-MS for these particular ACOs and see that they do not have expired credentials (probably would get 401 in that case?). Other ACOs have no issues submitting and processing jobs.

Example problem ACOs: A4992, A4996, A4998. These are contrasted to an ACO like A2909 which has no issues submitting jobs.

Does BCDA have any insight or could help toubleshoot why these job submissions might be failing?

Best regards,
Wes

Hello Wes and BCDA team,

We are experiencing the same for our two ACOs. Would love any insight or if you found a solution.

Thank you

Hi Wes and Chad,

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. Have the errors persisted in requests made on or after last Friday?

It appears some CCLFs for MSSP ACOs were not imported correctly this month, causing the attribution for those ACOs to expire. We are working on improvements to this pipeline and related alerts. In the meantime, the files were sent again and we confirmed receipt last Thursday afternoon (4/23), so please retry your request and let us know if you run into any more issues.

Thank you,

The BCDA Team

Hello BCDA team,

Our jobs were successful this morning in our weekly ingestion, so I believe this is resolved! Thank you for following up! We will be doing a backfill for the affected ACOs and will follow up if we run into any additional issues.

Best Regards,
Wes

Sadly, our weekly ingestion failed and again when we kicked off manually this morning. ACOs A1401 and A1737. Happy to help if there is anything we can do on this side.

Thank you

Hello Chad and BCDA Team,

I just wanted to follow up and let all of you know our jobs mostly finished last night (had a few ephemeral issues possibly due to rotating creds). I triggered a run with a 2 week lookback to catch what we missed last week and they were all successful. Hope your issues clear up, too, Chad!

Best Regards,
Wes
