Hello everybody,
The monthly expense report is attached and the expense sheet for 2022 has been updated at -  Ongoing_Expenses - Google Sheets.

Do have a look at the content and all corrections/comments are welcome. 

Ravee, I'm yet to tally your payments towards Anil/Gopi's exits. So your contributions show empty cells. Give me a couple of days for this and do not make any payments to the pool as yet. :-)

P.S: Please do have a look at the 2021 expenses sheet too since some numbers are carried forward from there.

Check the expenses now - I've considered your 2021 expenses, moved them to 2022 and deleted them from 2021.

Gentlemen,
The accounts are all sorted now and please have a look at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1k9AJlGBBnklSRthkpc7MPpNncIodMzplImCiaJ7u3aY/edit#gid=1755919543. The monthly expense sheet is also attached.

An amount of 4,08,557/- is owed by the pool today as can be seen from the expense tracking sheet. I suggest we clear this off and start with a clean slate. So this amounts to an additional payment of 50,000 per person. Please share your views if this can be done by June 30.

Our monthly expenditure is 27,000 for salaries (15K for DodderaNNa and 12 K for the new family). Other guaranteed monthly expenses are for gas cylinders and animal feed. Considering our past expenses, we typically spend about 18-20K additional per month. I thus propose to increase our monthly contribution from 5K to 6k per month from July onwards for the rest of the year. 48k per month should suffice to meet our spending requiments. Do share your thoughts.

Hello Sandy,
          Thanks for the accounts, sounds good to me. 
          I think we should stay within 50k in our overall expenses and that is fair. But we shall take a call on any capex (trees etc) if we plan any, and also try to see if we can use that extra amount for small capex.

I had suggested clearing our debts by paying 50,000 each to the pool. Please share your views if this can be done by June 30.
