o TCP BBR v2 Alpha/Preview Release:
  (Chromium QUIC release is coming soon.)

o Slides for an update on BBR work at Google, including this release, at the IETF 105 ICCRG session tomorrow:

I have downloaded and compiled the latest version of the Chromium source. How do I test quic bbr2? which project needs to be compiled? Need to modify the source code？

Hi Feng,

We(Google's QUIC team) exported the source code but have not added it to the Chromium build. 

I've sent https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/chromium/src/+/1790488 to build and test it in Chromium. Feel free to patch it to your local workspace before it is merged.

You can change FLAGS_quic_reloadable_flag_quic_default_to_bbr to true and recompile to enabled bbr1 by default.

Just as a double check, do the build instructions of https://github.com/google/bbr/blob/v2alpha/README.md still apply or have they been updated recently ?
