Formatting Text after Translate HTML to Text

Hello,

After I convert an HTML document to text using a text factory, I'm left with a text file that is just a stream of consciousness. There are no paragraphs, lines all run together. How do Need to set the conversion so it comes out readable? In the options I have Remove Tags, convert paragraphs and Convert HTML Entitie checked.
