Specification of Language Server for new language

Assuming that I have simple definition for new (simple)  language and I have also  implemented  Language Server for it. Where I have to put definition of that server and what is the syntax for that? Is it possible to define LS for Codeless Language Module? 

The section Language Module Implementation describes settings in dictionary   BBLMLanguageServerInfo,  is it for definition of LS? Is that dictionary part of Codeless Language Module (not cores for me)?

I have to define new language and layer segup custom properties for them.
