If concatenation of all the files in a folder is what you need, consider
Terminal:
cat *.txt > all_concatenated.txt

where "cat" is concatenation
          "*.txt" selects all files ending in ".txt"
          ">" redirects the output to a new file "all_concatenated.txt"
