Hum... Trying to run a simple ruby, I get

Should be looking for version 3.2.2
Can this be set ?

Use a ruby version manager which will leave the system install ruby version intact while using a different ruby version.
There are several available. Search on something like "How to install and use different versions of ruby on a mac?" to find the available ones and see which one best fits you needs.
