Customize print header

When printing a document with Print page headers enabled, you get the standard header: filename, page number, printing date & user, double line.

Is there a way - presumably in the Expert settings - to customize this?

All of the available settings are in the "Printing" preferences
(and may be changed per-document on the fly in the "BBEdit"
section of the printing panel, at the time of printing).
