"Run in Terminal" is now grayed out in the menu

For many years, I was able to run BBEdit worksheet commands by going to the "#!" menu and selection "Run in Terminal".

Now, every option in the "#!" menu is grayed out.

Any ideas what I fouled up that caused this?
