I know there is a way to de-duplicate a list in BBedit, but is there a way to pull out "one of a kind" items using the existing features?

For example, if my list is:
 Aaron
 Aaron
 Bob
 Charles
 Charles
...
I want to just pull out 'Bob'

Thanks!

Either of these options for "Process Duplicate Lines" should do the job.

Someday I'll look back on all this and laugh... until they sedate me.

I think you will also need to select "Matching all" instead of the default "Leaving one" to achieve the desired result.

Cheers,
