In the tutorial article: https://docs.bazel.build/versions/0.29.0/tutorial/java.html , there is a statement which I suspect is incorrect:

"When referencing targets within the same package, you can skip the package path and just use //:target-name."

Could anyone verify this, thanks!

I suspect this shouldn't have the // in front.
