Hi everyone.

We are currently in the process of designing a standard remote execution and caching API for bazel, intended to be usable by with multiple implementations. (Notably including caching for Alpha Lam's Hazelcast implementation, see this thread for background). Feedback welcome, either here or as comments on the design.
