你不覺得嗎？台灣的歷史恰好構成你這種「權頭大的人訂法律」思維的反證：你說「權頭大的人訂法律」，威權時期的法律形式上「合法」，但正因為它們只是權力的延伸，而非人民同意的結果，才在道德與政治上失去正當性。民主化不是權力更替，而是否定「權力本身即正當」這一命題。

一旦你停止追問法律為何正當，就等於承認法律不過是強者的命令。
