S8 H39 - Mission Peak from Ohlone College

Salam Folks,

The recommendation for this Saturday's hike is Mission Peak (from Ohlone College).

 

Distance ~ 7.5 mi

Time ~ 2:30 Hrs

Difficulty: strenuous

MP1: Rivermark @ 6:00am
MP2: Ohlone parking lot (Trail head) @ 6:30am

Parking on the street is free. Intersection of Mission Blvd/Pine st. (43698 Mission Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539)

Important Notes: 

1) If you plan to use the parking structure close to the trail head, please don't forget to pay the fee. Parking here is not free and is enforced on weekends too

2) Rain is in the forecast, dress up accordingly 

3) Snakes are sighted already due to weather pattern changes, be cautious
