Input/output error on WORM tape

Hi,

This seems not to be a bareos problem, but maybe someone here could help
me anyway:

I would like to archive some data on a WORM tape, but I get the
following Error:

I've tried several commands, each time the same error:

Is this really a tape error or am I missing something?

Hi again,

It turned out that the problem is solved. I don't know what happened
exactly, but I ejected the tape manually several times and did a reset
of the drive.
Actually it works.
