"Where" directive ignores during restore process for some reason

Hello,

Just would to clarify, if I'm using RegexWhere or StripPrefix directive during restore, then Where is completely ignored and stuff always restored, starting from / . Is it expected behaviour or it can be some bug? Because, relating to documentation, it has to start from path, pointed in Where:
