the documentation has been updated, but by default you're still looking
at the 18.2 docs (which is not correct anymore). However, as 19.2 will
ship the plugin, the instructions how to install the plugin have been
removed.
You can however go back to the last commit that still had the plugin in
contrib at
https://github.com/bareos/bareos-contrib/tree/f7d75078d1ed8321cf6726b78905bfcef50b9991
