NDMP backup waiting for Client to connect after running for ~23hrs

Hello there, 

My NDMP backup jobs are paused with the message waiting for Client to connect (Client Initiated Connection) after running for 23hrs and writing ~8.5TB of data. Don't see any error messages. The below is the director and client status. I am able to connect to the client just fine from the director. Any advise on how to resume these backup jobs and what may be the reason for them to pause in the first place. Thanks much.
