Copy/Migrate Jobs not being scheduled

After upgrading to 19.x my copy and migrate jobs do not run on a schedule. If I start them manually they do run.

Any idea how to debug this?

status scheduler

Shows all jobs under the schedule.

Show outputs below of one of many jobs.

Don't trust "status scheduler" for things like this. It is just an
approximation of what will be scheduled.
While this is on our neverending TODO-list, we haven't looked at it yet.

I had a look at this. Could you check if you can still reproduce the
problem when you add a dummy client to your Job configuration for the
copy/migrate job?
Just something like "Client = any-existing-client".

If that works around the issue for you, then I have found the cause of
the problem (but not a fix yet).
