Still getting "Please mount append Volume" error

All,

I honestly don't know what I'm doing wrong here.  Every month the director clogs up and every single client wants me to mount an append volume.  Below is a link to a google docs with my configs.  IPs and passwords have been obfuscated.  I appreciate any guidance you can provide.

I would get rid of the purge oldest volume. Don’t know if that’s your issue but using it in this context create behavior I don’t think you want. 

In your case with per Clint dated volumes I wouldn’t recycle. I would run a job with script that runs prune and then deletes and delete volumes when volumes are purged.
