Do you have a plan to support Debian 10 (Buster) in a near future?

Hello,

in case, you do not really need support as support of a company, you
already can compile the software yourself and use it as usual. I've done
that for director and storage daemon as well as several file daemons on
Debian Buster.

Hi,

Thanks I know that but I prefer the "debian way". I like keeping packages organized in repositories etc :). I am just asking if it will be available in the future in case we decide to upgrade everything at once :)

"self-compiling" does NOT mean, you can't create packages yourself :-)

We already build the Nightlies for Debian 10:
https://download.bareos.org/bareos/experimental/nightly/Debian_10/

For subscription customers packages for Debian 10 will probably be
shipped with the next release of 18.2.
