A problem with storage after upgrading to version 23

I have three bareos servers, last weekend I updated them to version 23 and only one of them I see the problem. Some tasks hang at the stage

in the console I see the following

Where am I making a mistake?

As indicated in the changelog of the release

daemons: remove deprecated Pid Directory config option, and update Maximum Concurrent Jobs default value to 1 PR #1426
