Hello,

I reinstall Bareos 19.2.7 from scratch on a CentOS 8 server with Bareos-webui.

All bareos services run (bareos-dir, bareos-sd and bareos-fd), and I can access bareos-webui (http://myserver/bareos-webui).

The problem is once I login I have the following error :
Error: Permission denied, director seems to be down or blocking our request.

I didn't see nothing in both bareos and httpd log files. The bareos and httpd port are authorized through internal server firewall.

If someone have a clue on how I can fix that it will be great.

Hello,

i've seen this error couple of times on our client's VMs, and i can say that it's related to SELinux.
If you are using SELinux and don't want to disabled it, ensure that the following has been executed:

setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect on
