Bareos 21 for Ubuntu 22.04 LTS?

Our old backup server died and had to be rebuilt. We took this as an oprotunity to also upgrade from 20 LTS to 22.
Currently there doesn’t appear to be a release for ubuntu 22 is one expected?

If not for the server what should the work around be?

Normally, Bareos publishes packages for new distribution versions together with a new Bareos version, so I’d expect it with Bareos 22. Maybe, paying users get it earlier, but there I’m not sure.

You could create the packages yourself by cloning the latest release from Github and starting with the files contained in debian/.

Folks -- with subscription customers we've better overview what's in demand to adjust priorities. And indeed
Bareos already supports that platform: https://www.bareos.com/bareos-21-1-4/
