Postgresql full backup failed

Hi.
Please help to resolve the next issue:
When I run full backup of postgersql server, the fatal error appears: "1c-pg11-fd JobId 1018: Error: python3-fd-mod: Could net get stat-info for file /var/lib/postgresql/11/main/base/964374/t28_339517932: "[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/var/lib/postgresql/11/main/base/964374/t28_339517932'"" after 30-40 minutes of backup. Name of bases are different, but incremental job works fine.
